超細(xì)水泥MFC系列說明書

1. Introduction介紹

1.1 Description描述

Micro-fine cement is Portland cement based cements composed of ultrafine particles and are designed for injection into loose soils, rock and concrete. Because of micro-fine cement’s small particle size (the fineness largest grain size passing D95 is < 16.0 μm and Blaine value> 600 m2/kg.), it penetrates very well into tight joints, fissures and pore spaces to provide a water-tight grouted rock or soil mass. It can be used as grouting materials after adding water reducing agent (GC1).

超細(xì)水泥是經(jīng)特殊設(shè)備精細(xì)研磨而成的新一代無機(jī)剛性超細(xì)材料，利用超細(xì)水泥再添加其他外加劑(例如GC1減水劑)、摻合料攪拌而成的漿液，可以用于補(bǔ)強(qiáng)加固工程的灌注作業(yè)。

·超細(xì)水泥材料無毒、無味、對(duì)地下水及環(huán)境無污染，屬環(huán)保型材料。

·超細(xì)水泥可以配合其他摻和料、助劑使用，攪拌而成的漿液固化時(shí)無收縮現(xiàn)象，結(jié)石強(qiáng)度高，耐久性好，不老化，抗?jié)B性能佳。

·超細(xì)水泥材料的比表面積在600㎡/㎏以上，平均粒徑10μm以下，可使?jié){液流動(dòng)性好，因而其穩(wěn)定性及可灌性高。

1.4 Packaging包裝及儲(chǔ)存

Micro-fine cement is supplied in 25 kg plastic bags for ease of handling and to maximize

storage life.

包  裝：采用紙塑復(fù)合袋包裝， 25公斤／袋；

貯  存：須貯存于干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)，編織袋密閉，注意防潮、防凍；

保質(zhì)期：6個(gè)月。

2 Performance Characteristics

High-pressure piston pumps are normally used to pump the suspension into the rock. The

grout should be injected within6HOURS after mixing to ensure that it keeps penetrating into

the fissures.

針對(duì)不同大小的縫隙空間．不同土壤地質(zhì)環(huán)境，不同的灌漿基礎(chǔ)條件，不同的強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)要求確定適宜的水灰比(通常注漿料水灰比的范圍為0.5—3.0)，必須用高速電動(dòng)制漿機(jī)（1400-1500轉(zhuǎn)/分）進(jìn)行攪拌5分鐘以上。

可采用手動(dòng)或電動(dòng)水泥灌漿設(shè)備進(jìn)行灌漿作業(yè)，注漿壓力在一定的范圍內(nèi)(通常在0.1-0.5MPa范圍內(nèi)。不同的基礎(chǔ)條件，不同的水灰比，所需的注漿壓力不同。注漿壓力太大，可能形成劈裂注漿，無法均勻滲透。灌漿壓力太小，則無法滲透至細(xì)微空間.

3 Application procedure使用方法

3.1 Dosage摻量

Micro-fine cement is generally dosed at 1.5 – 2.0 liters other micro-fine admixture per 100 kg of cement. Other dosages

may be recommended in special cases according to specific job requirements. Consult your

local UGC representative for advice.

本產(chǎn)品一般不建議直接單獨(dú)用于灌漿作業(yè)，每100kg的超細(xì)水泥宜添加1.5-2.0升輔助超細(xì)摻和料或GC1外加后方可使用，以便增加超細(xì)水泥的流動(dòng)性、可灌性、滲透性、穩(wěn)定性等性能。根據(jù)具體工作要求的不同，可以推薦適合配比。

3.2 Mixing混合

3. 2‰ GC1 水泥量的千分之二的高效減水劑

Mix at least for 5 minutes with colloidal mixer at 1500rpm.

· Transfer to agitator.

It is very important to use an efficient mixer. Colloidal mixers are the best, but high-speed

paddle mixers are acceptable.

Minimum rpm for colloidal mixers: 1500 rpm.

Minimum rpm for paddle mixers: 400 rpm.

NB: Do not over mix. Mixing longer than recommended may cause the grout temperature to

increase and set in the pump and hoses.

3.3 Pot life適用時(shí)間

The mix shall be kept under constant agitation prior to injection.

混合好的超細(xì)水泥注漿液在注漿前保持勻速攪拌流動(dòng)狀態(tài)，否則靜置會(huì)初凝影響超細(xì)水泥注漿液的使用效果。

4 Reference注意事項(xiàng)

4.1 Storage 儲(chǔ)存有效期

Micro-fine cement has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in original closed bags in ventilated

dry areas.

貯  存：須貯存于干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)，編織袋密閉，注意防潮、防凍；

保質(zhì)期：6個(gè)月。

4.2 Safety precautions安全須知

Any physical contact (e.g. skin or eyes) made with micro-fine cement should be avoided, as it may cause irritation or burns. If such contact occurs, the affected area should be washed with plenty of clean water. In case of eye contact, seek immediate medical advice.
